Safety Rules for Play Area

To ensure a safe and fun environment for all children, please follow these rules:

General Safety

1. Adult Supervision is Mandatory: Children must be accompanied by an adult or parents at all times.

2. Age-Specific Play Zones: Use equipment only in the area meant for your age group.

3. Socks Must Be Worn: No shoes or bare feet allowed. Socks are recommended for your hygiene purpose. In case you forgot, socks are available for purchase with minimal price.

4. No Rough Play: Pushing, shoving, or climbing on external structures is not allowed.

5. No Food or Drinks in Play Area: To prevent choking and maintain hygiene.

6. Report Hazards: Inform staff of any broken toys, spills, or unsafe behavior immediately.

7. Tiny Twinkles is not responsible for lost belongings and any child injuries within the play area.

Soft Play Guidelines

1. One Child at a Time on Slides: Always slide feet first and wait for your turn.

2. Use Equipment Properly: Do not climb on nets or external walls.

3. No Small Toys or Sharp Objects: Keep choking hazards and dangerous items out of the play zone.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

1. Sanitize Hands Before and After Play.

2. Do Not Enter If Unwell: Children/ Parent showing signs of illness should stay home for everyone’s safety.
3. Keep the premises clean by throwing the trash into the bins.
4. First Aid kit is available. Any injury/ incident please report the staff immediately.

Parents & Guardians

1. Remain in the Facility: Do not leave your child unattended.

2. Emergency Contact Required: Ensure your contact info is registered at the desk.

3. Follow Staff Instructions: Help us maintain a safe and friendly environment.

4. Intentional damage to the property incur a fee.
