Pavithra holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious GITAM Institute, Visakhapatnam. She began her professional career with Reliance Insurance, where she gained valuable corporate experience during the early years of her career.

Following her marriage, she stepped away from her corporate role due to family responsibilities. However, guided by her strong belief in women empowerment and her determination to remain professionally active, she chose the path of entrepreneurship rather than limiting herself to a domestic role.

She initiated her entrepreneurial journey with a Tupperware business, actively participating in major flea markets across the Whitefield area. To further expand her reach, she ventured into online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, successfully building a strong and diverse customer base.

A passionate and skilled cook, Pavithra has participated in numerous cooking competitions, earning multiple awards in recognition of her talent and creativity. During the COVID-19 period, she launched a YouTube channel dedicated to traditional recipes, which has since garnered thousands of followers who admire her authenticity and expertise. Building on this success, she has recently begun her influencer journey on Instagram, sharing culinary content with a growing audience.

With a long-standing aspiration to establish a business of her own and a deep love for children, Pavithra founded Tiny Twinkles Play and Shopping Zone in 2024 at Siddapura, Bangalore. In December 2025, the venture was relocated to Immadihalli, Whitefield, offering a larger space with enhanced activities and a richer, more engaging experience for children and families.
